We each come from a background of high qualification and many years of experience in tourism.
We organize trips for our clients, no matter if they wish to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, go on safari to follow
the wildebeest migration, just want to walk through untouched nature in the Usambara Mountains, relax in
Zanzibar or explore Africa by passing into neighboring countries. The fact that we have worked together
for many years makes us a perfect team, which enables us to each give the best of our knowledge and in
this way achieve a lot – for our clients and for ourselves.

Uhuru is a special team. We all speak languages. Any of our clients, who speak English, German, French,
Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Persianor Swahili will be served by us in their mother tongue, and in emergency
cases we may even help out with a little Russian or Czech.The Uhuru team is all qualified – in Hospitality
Industry i.e. Tourism and Hotel, but also in tour guiding, entertainment, even in radio and TV.

Our creative spirit makes us continually strive for new ideas, with which to please and surprise our clients.

Each of our clients has a rescue insurance for emergencies, which is included in our tour packages, and

SAFARIS
Northern Circuit, Southern Circuit, Western border of Tanzania, including border
crossings into Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique.

CULTURAL TOURS
We take our clients to the Masai People, to the Hadzabe Bushmen, but also to many less known
tribes and villages, in order to allow them the personal acquaintance with different ways of life.

MOUNTAIN TREKKING
We organize tours on Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Meru, but also the less
known mountains, such as Ol Doinyo Lengai, a still active volcano.

HIKING TOURS
We take you to the Usambara and the Pare Mountains with their amazing views, birdlife, thick forests.
For those who are interested, we organize the experience of nature in combination with a cultural
experience such as with the Pare People.

ZANZIBAR
Any activity you like – we will organize it in Zanzibar! Please try our special cultural tours on
the island, enjoy activities in the sea or just relax and enjoy!

MUSICAL EVENTS
Uhuru has a special interest in the arts. Therefore, we regularly organize musical events, in which
Zanzibar's excellent musicians,singers, dancers perform. But we can also organize your trip when you
want to come especially for one of our great art festivals, such as the Busara or the Ziff.
